Built around your process

SE Desk comes with the stages most SE teams use. If yours work differently, we set it up your way: your stages, your steps, your approvals.

Same desk, different processes

Two examples of teams we could set SE Desk up for. Your own stage names and order are part of what we build for you.

Example

A security software team

Technical POC with an approval to start, and a security review alongside.

  1. Qualify
  2. Technical discovery
  3. POC scopingSales manager approves
  4. POC running
  5. Readout
  6. Commercials

Side flow: Security review from POC scoping

Example

A data platform team

Paid pilot with agreed terms, a business review and procurement at the end.

  1. Discovery
  2. Solution design
  3. Pilot agreementLegal approves
  4. Pilot live
  5. Business review
  6. Contract

Side flow: Procurement from Business review

    Questions

    What does it cost?

It depends on what your process needs. Setting up steps, side flows and templates is quick. Building your own stages or connecting a tool takes longer. You get a quote before anything starts.

    How long does it take?

Your quote comes with a timeline. Setup alone is days; building something new takes longer.

What if our process changes later?

Steps, owners, side flows, requirements and templates your admins can change at any time. Changes to stages or approvals, we make for you.

    Should I include client names?

No. Describe how your team works, not your deals.

    Who sees what I send?

Only our team. We use it to scope and quote, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
